Bacon, Turkey, Apricot and Smoked Cheese Stuffing Balls with a Horseradish Gravy Dip

These work really well as a canapé or on roast. Packed full of flavour, high in protein, and absolutely delish.

Method

Step 1

Blend the bacon in an electric whizzer until it forms a paste.

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together. Don't do it for too long, as you want small chunks of apricot and not a smooth paste. 3-5 seconds should do it.

Step 3

Shape the mix with your hands into ping pong sized balls and bake in the airfryer for 10 minutes (15 mins in a conventional oven on 180⁰).

Ingredients

For the Stuffing Balls

  • 1 pack of Streaky Smoked Bacon
  • 600g Turkey Mince
  • 100g Applewood Smoked Cheese, grated
  • 50g Dried Apricots
  • 2 Tsp Dried Sage
  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour

For the Gravy

  • Follow Dan’s Paleo Gravy recipe and add 2 Tbsp Horseradish, and warm in a pan
