Ingredients
- 500ml Bone Broth or Stock
- 400g Roasted Vegetables and Potatoes (whatever is left over)
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 3 Big Scoops of Keto Creamer
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
Method
Step 1
Make your own bone broth using your leftover turkey bones or you can opt for shop bought.
Step 2
Add all your left over veggies, potatoes, peanut butter and cumin to your bone broth or stock and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 3
Blend your soup and season to taste
Step 4
To elevate the flavour of your soup, try adding a little Worcestershire sauce
