- 4 Raw Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 1 Sachet Mushroom Bone Broth Powder Soup

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the raw chicken thighs and the entire sachet of mushroom bone broth powder soup into a food processor.
- Blend the mixture until the chicken is finely ground and the soup powder is fully incorporated. The resulting mixture should be slightly chunky and manageable for shaping. Be careful not to over-process, or the mixture may become too sticky.
- Scoop up small amounts of the mixture (about 1 tbsp each) and use your hands to shape them into traditional nugget shapes.
- Place the shaped nuggets onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until they are lightly browned and cooked through. Serve and enjoy.
