These crackers are the perfect way to keep carbs low and fill a hole. They make a delicious accompaniment to our MCT Hummus recipes.

  • 100g Almond Flour

  • 75g of Parmesan

  • 2 tbsp of MCT Oil

  • 20g of Sesame Seeds

  • 2 tbsp of Collagen

  • Good pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
