Get on your shopping list or raid your cupboard
- 400g tinned Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 1 tbsp of Tahini
- 60ml of MCT Oil
- 1/2 tsp of Cumin
- 1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika
- 60ml Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper

- Blitz all your ingredients together
- Add a little more oil if you need to loosen your hummus up.
