MCT Hummus
Avoid shop bought, seed oil riddled hummus and whip up this super easy recipe if you're craving a little dippage. Feed the brain all the good fats and protein and the body will follow.
Ingredients:

400g tinned Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 clove of Garlic

1 tbsp of Tahini

60ml of MCT Oil

1/2 tsp of Cumin

1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika

60ml Lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper
