This high in protein lentil based pizza dough is as great way to avoid a carb coma and insulin spikes.

  • 360g of Red Lentils
  • 375ml of Water
  • Optional: add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Cheese and toppings of your choice

Method

  1. Let the lentils soak for 90 minutes, and blend both lentils and water at high speed
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Pour your mixture onto the parchment paper and spread thinly.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  5. Remove from the oven and add your toppings
  6. Turn your oven up 220 degrees and bake until your cheese is bubbling.
