Method
Step 1
Let the lentils soak for 90 minutes, and blend both lentils and water at high speed
Step 2
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Step 3
Pour your mixture onto the parchment paper and spread thinly.
Step 4
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Step 5
Remove from the oven and add your toppings
Step 6
Turn your oven up 220 degrees and bake until your cheese is bubbling.

- 375ml of Water
- Optional: add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning
