Ingredients
- 4 Carrots
- 6 Parsnips
- 4 small Turnips
- 1 Swede
- 1 Butternut Squash
- Glug of Olive Oil
- 8 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tsp of Cumin
- 2 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt
Method
Step 1
Peel and chop your vegetables into roughly 1 inch pieces
Step 2
Peel and chop your garlic
Step 3
Toss your veggies in olive oil, cumin and salt
Step 4
Spread out on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 40 minutes, or until the edges start to brown. Keep an eye on them and toss them occasionally to stop them from burning.
