- 300ml of raw, full fat milk
- 1 tbsp ( large scoop) of cacao
- 1 tbsp (large scoop) of peanut butter
- 1 large scoop of Neutral Protein
- Handful of ice
- For a sweeter version, add honey or stevia to taste
