Ingredients

  • 300ml of raw, full fat milk
  • 1 tbsp ( large scoop) of cacao
  • 1 tbsp (large scoop) of peanut butter
  • 1 large scoop of Neutral Protein
  • Handful of ice
  • For a sweeter version, add honey or stevia to taste
