The power of these little sachets is pretty unreal. I have used them when I need to do long drives, especially when I'm already tired - they keep me awake and focussed without the gitteryness that a gross can of Red Bull (or any other energy drink) can give. I also use them when working - as I run camera on music tours and after a long day of loading in, and filming a show that you've seen a ton of times, I neck one of these just before the show starts and it helps me stay alert and focussed - the affects usually last about 5 hours - which gets me through the load out too. My ONLY criticism (and why 4 stars not 5) is I find they taste utterly disgusting - the strawberry one is just about passable......also, why name them after alcoholic cocktails??! Anyway - they are now an essential part of my 'kit' when packing for a tour (along with a load of other Willpowder products.

I wasn't sure I'd get on with this product as I have been avoiding caffeine for years, and can tend to get a bit whizzy on it. Had seen some other reviews that very very positive, and I'm so glad I purchased. Fatigue and low energy are my main peri-menopause symptom, and although I've made adjustments to my diet and lifestyle and started HRT I'm still hit by debilitating periods where I feel I'm filled with cement! This stuff is like superpowers in a powder. I cannot believe the incredible focus and energy I feel on it. As it also contains L-theanine which has a calming effect, so no whizzy feeling and you don't feel a 'come down'. I've just run out and will be ordering double next time. I've even given it to my husband, who has been going through a very stressful period - he swears it doesn't have any effect (very different metabolism to me), but I see the difference in him! I take it when I need extra focus at work, before exercise (some of my very best sessions on this stuff) and for a general energy and mood boost. Can't be without it now.
