Helps!
I do take this every day and whilst I don’t know about the long-term impact on my brain, It’s definitely something I cannot do without if I’ve got an important meeting coming up. My HRT helps with the brain fog etc, but it’s really pretty bad most mornings and the Willpowders brain nootropics taken just before a meeting or something where I really have to concentrate definitely makes a difference!
