    No difference to pain yet...

    I've been taking Spice for a month now, 2 a day as per the label, buy have yet to feel and difference to my back / hip pain. Having scrolled through the reviews I've noticed lots of people saying that they take 3 per day, so maybe I need to increase the dosage initially.

    Will persevere with 3 and see if I notice any difference.

    Bought for the cyclist in my life but worked for me

    Bought this for Paul's knackered knees. He cycles 40 miles a week and get twinges in his knees and elbow - old injuries rearing their ugly heads. He found it helped. Then I took 3 one morning as I felt period pains starting up - even though nothing less than strong ibuprofen usually works. Managed my pains all day. Also took 3 last night when I felt a little headache. And like that... it was gone.

    Brilliant!!

    I love these and honestly think they help. I have early osteoarthritis in my lower back and hip and do think my aches and pains have eased. I’m just placing another order this will be my 3rd bottle

    I can train again with no pain

    After being diagnosed with arthritis a few years ago, I stopped running and training. Since taking these each day (along with collagen and MCT) I am now back at the gym doing HIIT, bootcamps and strength work. No pain at all. My next step is to get back out running. Try them, you won't regret it
