Totally stopped the holiday bloat !
I always have trouble with the holiday bloat ! Try my swimwear before I go and it fits fine , first day of the holiday and it doesn’t , my favourite flip flops decrease a size overnight , start my holidays feeling blue , that was until this year I started using the electrolytes …..just brilliant , no swollen feet or retained water !
