There is 250mg of shilajit per 30g serving of this protein powder.

Vanilla Protein Powder with Shilajit and Monocreatine
This is another gorgeous protein powder that does what it says it will and is very easy on the tummy. I don't know if I am experiencing the benefits of the shilajit or monocreatine just yet but I am only 1/2 way through my first pack of this protein but I am sure I will. I have ordered another and will keep going with it.
