Love, love , love these electrolytes. I prefer them to the watermelon which is quite nice also. I wasn’t sure if I would like the cherry flavour but after reading reviews I thought I would give them a shot. Totally hooked now!
If I’m feeling naughty I use this as a mixer in my gin. It is a great substitute for tonic water and I feel my body doesn’t get just as dehydrated as it normally would.
