WillPowders "Commit To The Hit" Competition – Full Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before entering. By entering this competition, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Will Powder Limited (Company Number 13167248), De Lacy House, Station Road, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2JT ("WillPowders", "we", "our", "us").

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.
  • By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
  • Winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity before the prize is awarded.
  • Employees of Will Powder Limited, their immediate families, agents, retailers, distributors and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 09:00 BST on 6th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 15th August 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  • Purchase a genuine WillPowders Electro Ice Pop.
  • Post a photo or video of your reaction after eating the product on your public TikTok account.
  • Tag @willpowders.
  • Include the hashtag #CommitToTheHit.
  • Ensure your TikTok profile remains public until the competition has closed and the winner has been announced.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Entries that cannot be viewed due to privacy settings, have been deleted, or otherwise cannot be verified will not be eligible.

5. Judging

This is a judged prize competition and is not a random prize draw.

All eligible entries will be judged by a panel that includes at least one independent judge.

Entries will be scored using the following criteria:

  • Originality
  • Humour
  • Entertainment Value

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Judging will take place within seven (7) days of the competition closing.

6. Prize

One winner per week will receive: £1,000 GBP

The prize will be paid by UK bank transfer within 30 days of all eligibility checks being completed.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @willpowders TikTok account within seven (7) days of judging.

The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days and provide:

  • Full name
  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of age
  • UK bank details for payment
  • If you are 16-17 years old please provide a parent/guardian’s details as we may require a parent/ guardian co-acceptance of the prize and these terms including our licence to use the entry. Please also provide your parent/ guardian’s bank account details if you do not have  a bank account. 

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to a reserve winner.

8. Winner Announcement

The surname and county of the winner may be made available for three months following the competition, unless the winner objects in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

9. Intellectual Property

By entering, you confirm:

  • Your entry is your own original work;
  • You own the rights to your photo or video;
  • You have permission from anyone appearing in the content.

You retain ownership of your content.

By entering, you grant WillPowders a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence for twelve (12) months to repost, crop and display your entry on WillPowders' owned social media channels and website for the purposes of promoting the competition and WillPowders Electro Ice Pop.

This licence does not include paid advertising, third-party advertising, packaging, retail marketing, influencer whitelisting or any commercial use outside WillPowders' owned channels without obtaining your further permission.

10. Data Protection

Will Powder Limited is the data controller.

We will process personal information solely for administering the competition, contacting the winner, awarding the prize and exercising the licence granted under these Terms.

Information collected may include:

  • TikTok username
  • Competition entry
  • Name
  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of age
  • Bank details (winner only)

Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes unless you separately opt in.

11. Acceptable Entries

Entries must:

  • comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines;
  • not contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or unlawful content;
  • not encourage dangerous behaviour;
  • not infringe another person's intellectual property rights.

WillPowders reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that breaches these requirements.

12. Product Safety

Please consume WillPowders Electro Ice Pops responsibly and in accordance with the product instructions.

Do not consume the product if you have known allergies to any listed ingredients.

13. TikTok Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok.

By entering, participants release TikTok from any responsibility relating to this competition.

14. Liability

WillPowders accepts no responsibility for:

  • lost, delayed or incomplete entries;
  • technical failures affecting entry submission;
  • TikTok outages;
  • events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Right to Amend or Cancel

WillPowders reserves the right to amend these Terms where reasonably necessary or to cancel, suspend or withdraw the competition where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this unavoidable.

Any material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
