How do I set up a subscription?
Open Accordion

Find the products that you want to buy, click 'subscribe and save', choose whether you want your products every month or every two months and add to your basket. When you check out and buy your products, make sure that you click the 'subscription agreement' box to ensure that your products are delivered automatically.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Open Accordion

Log into your account, click the 'manage my subscription' button - you can cancel, pause or restart your subscription any time.

How do I add or remove a product to my subscription?

Log into your account,click the 'manage my subscription' button - you can add, remove or change quantities of products here.

How do I change my payment details?

How do I change my address?

Why can I not spend my FAT loyalty points on my subscription?
Open Accordion

You will earn points with your subscription purchases, but unfortunately as the payments are automatic, it's not possible for us to add in your discount vouchers. You can use your loyalty points for additional purchases (or why not pause your subscription for a month & use them on a regular purchase?)
