About
Open Accordion

Although testosterone is usually linked with men, this is a key hormone for women as well. Low levels of testosterone in women can result in low energy, and reduced strength. Women who supplement with our natural Testosterone Support will benefit from sustained results from exercise.

The ingredients in our Testosterone Support have been specially selected to maximise your body’s capability to produce testosterone naturally. Boosting testosterone levels with natural supplements can reduce symptoms associated with low levels.

Maca Extract has been added to support male reproductive health with potential protective effects on fertility (spermatogenesis) and beneficial effects on libido. Maca also has energising properties and has been investigated for its anti-fatigue effects. Tribulus Terrestris is a traditional Chinese medicine used for male sexual disorders, and as an aphrodisiac. It can support female reproductive health and sperm parameters in men (count, motility and morphology). Muira Puama is a bush indigenous to the Amazon used as a herbal medicine in South America as a tonic and aphrodisiac. Pregnenolone is a precursor to the synthesis of testosterone and progesterone. Cyanotis Aracnoidea is a plant native to China and is a rich source of Ecdysteroids. These can have anabolic and adaptogenic activity. They are therefore used in supplements to support athletic performance.

A simple blood test from your doctor, Thriva, or other healthcare provider, will indicate your levels. We recommend that you have your levels tested before taking Testosterone Support, and again after 3-6 months in order to track your levels.

Ladies, if you are experiencing  low self-esteem, fatigue, low libido, increased body fat, muscle loss, poor memory, weak orgasm or you know you are perimenopausal, try our Testosterone Support to give your natural levels a boost.

Gents, if you are suffering with low libido, erectile dysfunction, muscle loss, low bone density, depression and hair loss, our Testosterone Support may be the help you have searching for.

Although men in the UK can be prescribed testosterone on the NHS, it is hard (and a postcode lottery) to get a prescription for women.

Hero Ingredients

  • Tribulus Terrestris (saponins)

Tribulus Terrestris is a traditional Chinese medicine used as a diuretic, for male sexual disorders, and as an aphrodisiac. It can support female reproductive health and sperm parameters in men (count, motility and morphology).

  • Maca Extract (lepidium meyenii)

Maca Extract (lepidium meyenii) is indigenous to the Central Andes of Peru. It is used to support male reproductive health with potential protective effects on fertility (spermatogenesis) and beneficial effects on libido. Maca has energising properties and has been investigated for its anti-fatigue effects.

  • Muira Puama (Mtychopetalum olacoides bentham

Muira Puama is a bush indigenous to the Amazon. It is traditionally used as a herbal medicine in South America as a tonic and aphrodisiac.

  • Psyllium Husk Powder (Plantago ovata)

Psyllium Husk has laxative properties and therefore supports bowel function, relieving constipation. Studies have shown that it can lower low density lipoproteins (LDL) cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) and may therefore have cardioprotective properties.

  • Zinc Citrate

Zinc supports immune health and is believed to have antiviral properties. Zinc has beneficial effects in preventing the common cold, and reducing the severity of symptoms. It may also reduce diarrhoea.

  • Boron Citrate

Boron is a trace mineral with an essential role in metabolism. It is believed to be important for a wide range of physiological mechanisms, including those contributing to bone and skin health and anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. As the linked review suggests – there is nothing boring about boron!

  • Silicon Dioxide

Silicon Dioxide is used as an excipient to stop the powders clumping together (an anti-caking agent).

  • Pregnenolone

Pregnelalone promotes neuronal activity in the body, involved in the release of neurotransmitters like dopamine. It has a range of health benefits, but is most associated with supporting mental health, including memory and learning, and reducing depression and stress. Pregnenolone is a precursor to the synthesis of testosterone and progesterone.

  • Beta Ecdysterone (Cyanotis Aracnoidea)

Cyanotis Aracnoidea is a plant native to China and is a rich source of Ecdysteroids. These can have anabolic and adaptogenic activity. They are therefore used in supplements to support athletic performance.

  • Capsule Shell (HMPC)

The capsule shell is made from a polymer called HMPC (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) derived from wood pulp.

Continue to take until your testosterone levels are optimal.

    What is testosterone?
    Open Accordion

Testosterone is a hormone your body makes naturally – it’s the one that fuels strength, energy, libido and mood. It’s often called the “male hormone”, but women produce (and need!) it too – just in smaller amounts.

Levels naturally decline with age, stress and poor sleep – which can leave you feeling flat, foggy or just not quite you.

What are the symptoms of low testosterone?
    Open Accordion

Low testosterone creeps in. You might feel constantly tired, weaker, or just a bit... meh. Motivation dips, mood swings kick in, and brain fog becomes your new normal. Libido often takes a hit – along with how sharp, focused and energised you feel day to day.

You might notice muscle loss, stubborn fat gain and poor sleep too. And while low testosterone is more common with age, stress, lack of recovery, poor diet and even overtraining can tank your levels at any age. If you want to be sure before supplementing, a simple blood test from Thriva will determine if you have low Testosterone levels.

What are the benefits of tribulus terrestris?
    Open Accordion

Tribulus terrestris is a plant extract traditionally used to support libido, vitality, and overall hormonal health. Studies suggest it may help increase sex drive, support testosterone production, and improve mood and energy – especially in people with low levels to begin with.

    Why do women need testosterone?
    Open Accordion

Testosterone is essential for everyone. It is needed for bone density and quality, and can help to improve blood sugar regulation. It also helps with confidence as it supports neurological function. How long do I take Testosterone Support for?

We would recommend taking this for up to eight weeks before taking a four-week break. After this, get another blood test to check your levels.
