Emma's Update

There’s 2.5 years between these pictures and a lot of work in terms of my physical and mental wellbeing.  

I still struggle and feel lost at times, and will automatically go to the “curve” section even picking up my old sizes.  It’s like my brain hasn’t quite caught up with the difference and . that’s the bit that seems to take longer than learning about which food to swap. 

However, this week, with the help of an incredible shop assistant, I bought my first ever size 10 jeans!!! The old me was in size 20.  I was so proud I could have cried … I didn't, and instead gave the lovely shop assistant a breakdown of all the WillPowders products to try including MCT Oil and Collagen.
