Whilst I have been working with my doctor, I have definitely found that taking Calm 20 minutes before I go to bed has improved the quality of my sleep. ElectroTide kick starts my day, followed by a much needed WillPowders coffee with collagen, keto powder & MCT oil! I’ve also started using Ah-Ha when I’ve been writing my Uni assignments and it’s really helped me to keep my mind on track!
