I sleep better, my skin is better, and more importantly, my mood is far better! I’m actually looking forward to seeing what I can achieve as I edge closer to 50!!
Change can happen if you are patient and consistent! I’m 46 years old and definitely beginning perimenopause. The first pic is from March 2024, and the second is from a few weeks ago. Collagen, MCT oil, lots of protein, weightlifting, and steps—every day. I sleep better, my skin is better, and more importantly, my mood is far better!
