I can’t thank WillPowders and Davinia enough for how things are mentally, emotionally and physically for me now. It’s unbelievable! I think everyone who battles eating disorders should know this information because it is truly life changing!

The difference a year makes… I’ve learnt so much over the past year regarding food and what it can mentally do to you, I wish I had all of this information in my 20’s.

Firstly I’m a food addict, I’m also in recovery for drugs and alcohol and work a 12 step programme which is amazing and the only real solution I know for a head like mine!! I know for me, food was always my primary addiction, being in and out of food recovery, because you’ve had a bad day, and ending back at day one is soul destroying.

Last year, menopause destroyed me mentally so I looked at what I was eating in more detail; initially it wasn’t about weight loss, it was about tackling low mood, fatigue and constant brain fog. There were times I couldn’t get out of my bed, and every day felt like a battle.

I started reading Davinia's book It’s Not a Diet and everything changed and fell into place. I started to understand what I was actually addicted too and what was making me crave food.

One year later and using WillPowders products, following the carnivore diet and educating myself with the help of Eddie Abbew, NAD+ AT HOME and Anthony Chaffee here I am, free from food addiction and feeling so much better in myself mentally.

Who would have thought I would feel the best I do at the age of 48… I'm starting to feel comfortable being me and I'm so grateful to all those believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself.
