- 100g of Cottage Cheese
- 2 large scoops of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 Organic Eggs
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- Knob of Grass Fed Butter or Organic Coconut Oil

Method
- Pop all your ingredients in an electric blender for a smooth consistency, or hand mix in a bowl.
- Heat a small frying pan and melt your butter on a medium to high heat
- Pour a little of your batter into your pan and cook your pancakes for around 1 minute (until the bottom has firmed). Flip and repeat.
