- 2 organic, free-range eggs
- 1 large scoop of Neutral Protein
- A knob of grass-fed butter
- A splash of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste.

Method
- In a blender, whizz your eggs, 1 tbsp of Neutral Protein and a splash of milk.
- Over a medium heat, melt a knob of butter in a pan
- Once the butter has melted, pour your egg mixture into the pan and stir continuously until your eggs start to scramble.
- Season to taste.
