Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. Combine your Greek yoghurt and almond flour
  3. Shape your dough into 6 rounds and make a hole in the middle
  4. Place your bagels onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and brush your dough with an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  5. Bake for 25- 30 minutes. Allow your bagels to cool slightly before cutting
