Get on your shopping list or raid your cupboard
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp of White Wine Vinegar (or Lemon Juice)
- 100 ml of Olive Oil
- 50 ml of MCT Oil

Method
- Pop your egg yolk, mustard, and white wine vinegar or lemon juice in a blender and whizz.
- Combine your olive oil and MCT Oil and pour slowly - thickening your mayo as you go.
- Season accordingly. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
