Two tbsp of lemon juice and a pinch of Celtic sea salt contain the same amount of potassium and sodium of a 250ml sports drink, so this electrolyte recipe is the perfect low carb and hydrating way to start your morning if your ElectroTide stores are running low.


Ingredients:

  • 250 ml of Still Water

  • 2 tbsp of Organic Lemon Juice

  • Small pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
