Keto, High Protein Banana Bread

Who doesn't love a banana bread? But, if you're trying to keep it keto, this recipe could make for the perfect breakfast, afternoon snack or pud when the cravings hit. 


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe Bananas

  • 3 large Eggs

  • 2 tbsp of Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder

  • 150g of Almond Flour

  • 60ml of Maple Syrup (if you want it a little sweeter)

  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon

  • Handful of chopped Nuts (optional)

  • Handful of Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
