Another scrummy version of our protein pancakes with added collagen from WillPowderer, Nic Conno. Topped with good fat that will keep you satiated, crush those cravings and provide a double dose of those all important amino acids. Nic makes bitesize pancakes for those on the go snacks!
Ingredients:

20g of Almond Flour

1 large scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

1 large scoop of Collagen

1 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder (if you want thick American style)

A knob of Butter

1 tbsp of full fat Greek Yoghurt

A handful of Blueberries

A drizzle of Honey
