  • 120g of plain, full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 60g of tahini
  • 3 tbsp (large scoops) of Neutral Protein
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp of Celtic sea salt, to taste
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of chopped dill

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and tahini
  2. Stir them together until they form a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the Neutral Protein, minced garlic, lemon juice and dill. Stir again until everything is fully incorporated.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  5. If the dip is too thick for your liking, you can add a tablespoon or two of cold water and stir until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Drizzle over roasted chickpeas or meat, or simply scoop up with our protein enriched flatbreads.
