Ditch supermarket seed oil riddled dips and give this deliciously creamy, refreshing and protein packed homemade affair a go. Perfect for a bit of flatbread mopping. Nom!
Ingredients:

120g of plain, full fat Greek yoghurt

60g of tahini

3 tbsp (large scoops) of Neutral Protein

1 clove garlic, finely minced

2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

1/4 tsp of Celtic sea salt, to taste

A pinch of black pepper
