Get on your shopping list or raid your cupboard
- 120g of plain, full fat Greek yoghurt
- 60g of tahini
- 3 tbsp (large scoops) of Neutral Protein
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp of Celtic sea salt, to taste
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of chopped dill

Method
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and tahini
- Stir them together until they form a smooth mixture.
- Add the Neutral Protein, minced garlic, lemon juice and dill. Stir again until everything is fully incorporated.
- Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- If the dip is too thick for your liking, you can add a tablespoon or two of cold water and stir until you reach your desired consistency.
- Drizzle over roasted chickpeas or meat, or simply scoop up with our protein enriched flatbreads.
