Ingredients
- 2 packs cooked Beetroot
- 50g grass fed Butter
- 2 tbsps Honey
- Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Caraway seeds
- Black Pepper
Method
Step 1
Chop the Beetroot into quarters
Step 2
Toss the Beetroot in the rest of the ingredients and then spread evenly on a parchment lined baking tray.
Step 3
Roast in the oven at 170⁰ for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
